I am using AI to help me develop my first Android mobile app.

Why?

• I want to understand how Android apps are developed

• I want to gain experience using Android Studio

• I want to understand how AI can be used for coding

Status:

App is currently under development and a working prototype will be ready during October 2025.

Wood Crafts and Laser Techniques

CLOCK MANUFACTURING

Using laser cutting and engraving techniques, I have designed and manufactured personalised clocks out of wood.

These clocks are made to order based on customer requirements and can be custom designed into different shapes.

Developing Programming Skills

LEARNING PYTHON

My digital experience and analyst background has exposed me to various coding languages. Python can be used for multiple applications including data analysis.

Why?

• I want to gain more indepth knowledge of a specific language

• Python is a very relevant language for web development, AI and data science

Status:

I have started to study more on Python and aim to start developing small applications with the code during Q4 of 2025.

Web App Development

CUSTOM QUOTATION APP

I am currently developing a customised quotation web app for an industrial flooring company based in Ireland.

The objective is to create an easy to use app that will allow the business to quickly generate quotations for their various flooring services. The client will be able to select clients and select appropriate services to add to the quotation.

The app is primarily to be used on a mobile phone to allow the sales team easily use while out on the road.

Status:

Requirements being gathered in early October 2025 and I am aiming to commence development work in mid/late October 2025.
